At CIO, members of the tumour boards meet regularly and jointly develop individual treatment plans. Their recommendations are documented in the patients’ electronic medical history. The expertise of the tumor board, which is based on the most current levels of research evidence, can also be accessed by clinicians in private practice and hospitals not affiliated with CIO.
